Luxury Time Repairs - New York

During Covid lockdown, I was tasked with the project delivery of a Repair-By-Post concept for luxury watches.

Built the entire US based concept remotely, including all CRM integrations, workflows, supply-chain requirements and insurance/shipping.

A seamless workflow ensured a highly user-friendly experience for the customer, with an emphasis on constant communication and building complete trust.

I managed the successful delivery of a bespoke CRM platform layering in the complexities of high-end shipping insurance and integrating all offline B2C touch-points.

Handed over finished product to owner within 6-month target timeframe. Owner has since successfully repaired luxury watches via the newly developed platform!
