Tasked with developing a new nutritional (all natural) brand to help parents with fussy eaters.

Leveraged consumer research and consumer insights to identify and optimise product execution for market-gap.

Led product development from ideation through to delivery. Managed all aspects of operations and production for the all natural and organic range of food powders (multiple layers of regulations and licenses).

Owned the critical path across operations, supply chain, sales channels and website development, aligning all moving parts to position Super Powders ready for its market launch.

Upon product development, pitched successfully to stakeholders to pivot unique tube design to include alongside a ‘letterbox friendly’ refill subscription.
